Our founder, Bharat Ratan Sharma, started as a sole trader in 2012 when he arrived in Australia. His passion for doing odd jobs and IT-related tasks inspired him to venture out on his own and establish BOT. The company name refers to a handyman robot that is programmed to perform specific jobs.

To serve his clients better, he continuously learns and finds new ways to reinvent himself and hone his expertise. Bharat Ratan Sharma has an IKEA badge that allows him to partner with IKEA for its assembly jobs.
